These plate gloves are the part of Armor Garniture of George Clifford, Third Earl of Cumberland – cool medieval armor and artistic peak of the Greenwich workshop in the XVI century. Wrists are protected with long pointed cuffs, hand – with 13 horizontal steel straps, fingers – with scales. Metal part is attached to the soft leather base with steel rings – the most reliable method.

Refinement of gloves represents etched floral ornament in style of Tudor and pour in tributes to works of masters from Greenwich, adding elegant and superb look, which fits even for king.
